Stress Treatment

When stress occurs, firstly it is important to recognize and then after to deal with it. When someone knows that he is suffering from stress there are several ways to live the life to overcome stress. There are some easiest methods by applying them we can minimize the effect of stress. We will study one by one.
As you begin to understand more about how stress affects you as an individual, you will come up with your own ideas on how to ease the tension.
Step1 :- The basic principle is out of sight is out of mind, so that make time for fun. Schedule time for both work and recreation. Play can be just as important to your well-being as work; you need a break from your daily routine to just relax and have fun. Involve yourself in FUN such that you forget everything while doing fun. For that one must analysise that what is his hobbies. And every one should devote atlest 30 minutes daily to his hobby whether it is useful or not, whether it making any sense or all nonsense, it does not matters. Just only for 30 minutes forget all the world and live your life according to your wish, as you want to live.
